Star Spangled Quilt
Snip & Flip is a fast, fun technique that creates complex-looking designs using positive and negative space. We will fuse, cut, arrange and applique shapes to a background. Once you learn the technique you can combine different numbers of cuts and high contrast fabrics to create a variety of layouts and designs.
